Terms & Conditions for Mega Draw

  1. All orders placed between 15 June 2024 and 30 September 2024, 23:59 are eligible for the lucky draw (Mega Draw).
  2. Each order qualifies for lucky draw chance(s) based on the amount spent:
    • Spend $100 & below on a single order: 1 lucky draw chance
    • Spend $100.01 to $300 on a single order: 3 lucky draw chances
    • Spend $300.01 & above on a single order: 5 lucky draw chances
  3. Additional lucky draw chances can be obtained by sharing the event with friends through the Share & Win Giveaway event. Every friend who registers through your unique sharing link from the Share & Win Giveaway event grants you 1 additional lucky draw chance.
  4. There will be 5 lucky draw winners, 1 for each prize:
    • 1x Apple iPad Air M2 (worth $899)1
    • Choice of 1x Apple AirPods Pro 2 (worth $365.70) or 1x Samsung Galaxy Tab A9+ Wifi (worth $413.00)1

  5. If there are multiple orders from a single customer, lucky draw chances will be calculated separately per order and then totaled. For example:
    • Order #001: $80 spent = 1 lucky draw chance
    • Order #002: $230 spent = 3 lucky draw chances
    • Total = 4 lucky draw chances (not $80 + $230 = $320 = 5 lucky draw chances)
  6. Winners will be drawn and announced on Coslab’s Facebook page, facebook.com/CoslabBeautySpa, by 31 October 2024.
  7. Winners will be notified via email and WhatsApp. If applicable1, the lucky draw prizes must be collected within 60 days of the initial notification, or the prize will be forfeited. If there is no response to the notification within this period, the prize will also be forfeited.
  8. Service vouchers will be mailed to the winners to a Singapore address. The Apple iPad Air M2, Apple AirPods Pro 2, and Samsung Galaxy Tab A9+1 must be collected in person, by the lucky draw winner, at 90 Lor 23 Geylang, #06-03, Singapore 388393.
  9. Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
  10. Personal data collected for the draw will be used solely for the purpose of this promotion and will be handled in accordance with our privacy policy.
  11. Coslab reserves the right to amend the terms and conditions without prior notice.

Terms & Conditions for GSS Share & Win Giveaway

  1. From 15 June 2024 to 30 September 2024, 23:59, register for the giveaway to stand a chance to win.
  2. Two winners will be selected randomly to receive one of the following prizes:
    • 1x $200 Ala Carte Massage Service Voucher
    • 1x $400 Ala Carte Facial Service Voucher
  3. Earn an additional entry for each successful shared referral. Each person who registers via your unique link grants you an additional entry.
  4. A confirmation email will be sent to your provided email after you successfully register for the giveaway. Check your spam folder if it’s not in your inbox.
  5. To track your invitations or invite friends, you can either:
    • Click the “Invite your friends” button in your email, or
    • Click the “Check your position” button on the event page, or
    • Re-register with your previously submitted details.
  6. Participants with fraudulent entries will be disqualified.
  7. Winners will be drawn and announced on Coslab’s Facebook page, facebook.com/CoslabBeautySpa, by 31 October 2024.
