I highly recommend seeing Jessie for the EndyMed treatment. She was incredibly detailed and throughout the entire process. - Each 1st trial service listed on coslab.com.sg can only be redeemed once per customer. One voucher per redemption per day. Multiple vouchers may be purchased as gifts.
- Advance booking is required; 3 days prior for weekday appointments and 4 weeks prior for weekend appointments. Mention “Coslab Website” and provide your order number when booking. Appointments are scheduled on a first-come, first-served basis.
- Vouchers will be marked as redeemed for no-shows. Any changes to your booking must be made at least 2 days prior to your scheduled appointment.
- Voucher must be redeemed in store and presented to the staff for verification before commence of service. No screenshots will be allowed.
- Voucher expires 3 months from the date of purchase.
- Strictly no extension, cancellation and refund of voucher once purchased.
- Please present NRIC or valid Work Pass at the outlet for verification.

Login and purchase the Service Voucher on the website.
You will receive an order email. Print it out or show the email to our staff for redemption.
Contact the outlet and quote your order number to book an appointment. Appointments have to be booked at least 3 days prior for weekday appointments and 4 weeks prior for weekend appointments.
