- Eligibility: This offer is valid exclusively for existing Coslab customers.
- Single Redemption: Each customer can redeem the treatment only once.
- Redemption Period: The offer is valid until 30 Sep 2023.
- Appointment Policy: Redemptions are available by appointment only and must be scheduled one week in advance.
- Redeemable Days and Hours: The promotion is only redeemable from Monday to Friday, before 6 PM. It is not redeemable on a public holiday.
- Redemption Gender: The “30 Mins Moxxu Back Treatment + 30 Mins Repair Healing Massage” is redeemable for female customers only.
- Not Combinable: This offer cannot be used in conjunction with other discounts, promotions, or vouchers.
- Promotional Fee: The promotional fee of $18 must be paid before the commencement of the service. The stated price is subjected to a 8% GST for our GST registered outlets.
- Cancellation Policy: Any cancellation of reserved appointment slots must be made at least 2 days before the scheduled appointment.
- Arrival Time: We kindly request all customers to arrive at least 10 minutes early for a stress-free registration process.
- Amendments: The company reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions without prior notice.
