SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
Shipping Locations
We currently only ship within Singapore.
Standard Delivery Costs
We offer FREE SHIPPING for all orders above $50.00. A flat shipping fee of $4.00 will be charged for all orders under $50.
Processing & Shipping
Shipping Time: 3 – 5 business days.
All orders received Monday through Friday (excluding holidays) will usually be processed and shipped in 2 – 3 business days. Please allow up to 5 business days for your order to arrive.
1st TRIAL SERVICE VOUCHERS
1st Trial Service vouchers constitute services listed on https://www.coslab.com.sg/product-category/services/.
Redemptions
- Walk-ins will not be allowed. Reservation is required at least 3 days in advance. For weekend appointments, customers are advised to book 4 weeks in advanced. An appointment can be made by contacting the outlet.
- Voucher will be deemed as redeemed for no shows.
- Any changes to your appointment slot must be made at least 2 days prior to your scheduled appointment.
- Service vouchers can be redeemed by showing the order confirmation email with the subject, “Your Coslab Beauty Spa order has been received!” to the outlet staff.
Terms and Conditions
- Strictly limited to 1 purchase per NRIC / valid Work Pass. Kindly Present your NRIC / valid Work Pass in the outlet for verification.
- Voucher Expires 3 months from date of purchase. (Unless otherwise specified)
- Strictly no refund of service voucher(s). This voucher is not redeemable for cash, nor valid with other promotion or discount.
- To aid in your registration, kindly arrive at least 10 minutes earlier for your appointment.
- The 1st trial promotional price is only valid for customers purchasing the service for the first time on our Online Store. A top up to the usual price is required for subsequent purchases. The top up must be made at the outlet before commencement of the service.
- Services involving body massages are strictly for female customers only. Kindly read the Terms and Conditions of the individual service(s) before your purchase.
RETURNS & REPLACEMENT
In the event that your order goes missing, or is damaged or defective, our customer service team will be able to assist you with a refund or a replacement. You may return your products within 14 days of your order.
- Only products purchased on coslab.com.sg will be eligible for returns for a refund or a replacement.
- Returned products must be in the original condition in which you received it. We do not allow returns for partially used products.
- All returns for a refund / replacement will be approved on a case-by-case basis. We may require your item to be returned back to us.
- Outbound shipping fees do not qualify for a refund and return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer.
