Shipping and Delivery
Coslab does not ship on weekends and major holidays. All orders received on Friday, Saturday and Sunday will begin processing the following Monday.
Orders may take up to 3 full business days to be processed, picked and packed before it is shipped. Please allow 7 to 14 business days for your order to arrive. Orders with standard shipping travel via our courier partners.
A shipping confirmation with your tracking number will be provided to you upon shipment of your order.
This tracking number can only be used within our courier partners’ tracking systems, and Coslab does not have a proprietary tracking system.
Please track your shipment as Coslab is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

Exchange / Returns
You have 7 working days to exchange an item from the date you received it.
To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received.
Your item must be in the original packaging. Your item needs to have the receipt/ invoice or proof of purchase.
You can request a refund on your items within 7 days of receiving your original order.

and we will get back to you on how to proceed with the return. All refunds are approved at a case-by-case basis and we may ask for the goods to be returned back to us.
We’ll refund the price you paid for your item back to your original payment method. Please note that however, sale items do not qualify for refunds.
All goods will be inspected on return. We will try our best to accept all returns, and returns to us need to be in the unused condition with original packaging. In the unlikely event that an item is returned to us in an unsuitable condition, we will have to send it back to you.
We’re not responsible for any items that are returned to us by mistake.
You are responsible for the cost of returning any items. Make sure you use a postal service that insures you for the value of the items you are returning and obtain proof of posting.
